The resources below can help clients and families locate higher levels of care, crisis support, psychiatric services, youth services, and community assistance. These resources are provided for informational purposes only and are not affiliated with Comfort in Chaos Counseling.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Structured therapy programs for individuals who need more support than weekly counseling but do not require inpatient care. IOP programs often meet several days per week and may include individual therapy, group therapy, skills-building, and psychiatric coordination.

Crisis & Emergency Support

Psychiatric & Medication Management Referrals
Medication evaluation may be helpful when symptoms are not improving with therapy alone, when medication questions arise, or when coordinated psychiatric care is clinically appropriate. Clients should contact providers directly to confirm availability, insurance, telehealth options, and fit.
